After continued sales success, Lennar releases the third phase of homes for sale at Esperanza for active adults in Ontario

Lennar has seen great success since their opening of Esperanza, a gated masterplan exclusively for 55+ in Ontario, last October. The homebuilder released a third phase of homes for sale last weekend from their three collections: Vivir, Tejara and Modena. They will also be unveiling their new outdoor kitchen at the La Jolla Club recreation center on Valentine’s Day for prequalified homebuyers, interested home shoppers and residents.
